The 1290 Infinity II Preparative Open-Bed Sampler/Collector is the solution for automated, high-capacity management of sample injection and fraction collection in semipreparative and preparative-scale LC purification workflows. The X-Z-theta axis probe uses novel robotic technology to minimize sample carryover during movements between fraction containers. Sample volumes can be injected from microtiter plates, vials, or vessels.
The sampler/collector provides for injection of large volumes and sample loops are available with volumes of 2, 5, 10, 20 and 90 mL. The sampler/collector is equipped with an analytical-to-preparative injector and enables easy handling of a wide variety of collection vessels with a total capacity up to 5.9 liters using 150 x 25 mm (l x od) tubes. Optimized for flow rates up to 200 mL/min, the sampler/collector can be integrated seamlessly with any Agilent solvent delivery module, additional fraction collector, recovery collector, or detector.
