Once enrolled into the SpectraLab Tier 1 Service Contract, your instrument is protected with the knowledge that any problems will be addressed within 2 days* with all non-consumable parts and repair labour covered. In addition, one yearly preventative maintenance (PM) service is included to ensure your instrument is working in the best possible condition given the natural age of the unit.
The SpectraLab Scientific Tier 1 Service Contract provides non-consumable parts, repair labour, one annual PM, on-site support,** and ongoing, unlimited, remote technical support to troubleshoot any instrument problems. The Tier 1 Service Contract can be customized to meet your specific needs including upgrades to faster response times and adding an operational qualification (OQ)/performance qualification (PQ) or performance validation (PV) to the PM service. We can support any brand and model of HPLC, UHPLC, FPLC, IC, LCMS, GC, GCMS, FTIR, UV/VIS, AAS, ICP-OES, and ICP-MS.
This service is available in English to Customers located in Canada and the United States of America, only.
Enrollment of instrument into a Tier 1 Service Contract conditional on passing a remote assessment.
Tier 1 Service Contract Includes:
- Non-Consumable parts.

- Priority scheduling (within 3 business days*) for on-site services.**

*Holidays and Weekends excluded. Business days are Monday through Friday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
**One on-site repair visit included. Travel will be invoiced for additional on-site visits. Unlimited travel included for clients within 1 hr driving radius of Canadian office.
