The SpectraLab Scientific Tier 3 Service Contract provides ongoing, unlimited, remote technical support to troubleshoot any instrument problems. This service is available in English to all North American and Global customers. We can support any brand and model of HPLC, UHPLC, FPLC, IC, LCMS, GC, GCMS, FTIR, UV/VIS, AAS, ICP-OES, and ICP-MS.
Tier 3 Service Contract Includes:
- Unlimited email technical support
- Unlimited telephone/videoconference support.
- Response time within 2 business days.*
- Preferred rates for repair parts and labour.
- Preferred rates for Preventative Maintenance (PM) services.**
*Holidays and Weekends excluded. Business days are Monday through Friday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
