System including:
Waters 2767 Sampler Manager
- Optional sample formats for injection and collection; microtiter plates (up to 15), test tubes (up to 580), scintillation vials or conventional autosampler vials
- Collection of sample fractions sequentially or with one-to-one mapping of sample and fraction
- Self-venting probes that perform accurate sample injections from tightly covered containers
- High velocity wash pump (>30 mL/minute flow) to rapidly and efficiently flush the sampling needle and tubing while maintaining high sample throughput
- Optional fume hood for ventilation of hazardous vapours
Waters 2545 Binary Gradient Module
- Operates at analytical and preparative scales
- Performs between flow rates of 0.50 to 150.00 mL/min with a pressure up to 6000 psi
- Integrates solvent selection valves on each solvent delivery channel to allow for rapid solvent changeovers and system purges
- Streamlines the purification process via MassLynx™ Software control using FractionLynx™ Application Manager
Waters System Fluidics Organizer SFO
The system fluidics organizer (SFO or FO) houses the columns, the pump control module, and either the primary fraction flow splitter for MS-directed systems or a UV fraction manager for UV-directed systems. An Ethernet switch in the system fluidics organizer serves as a connection point for the networked modules.
Waters 3100 Mass Detector
The Waters 3100 Detector is a single-quadrupole, atmospheric pressure ionization (API) mass spectrometer. Designed for routine UPLC®/MS analyses, it can scan at speeds up to 10,000 Da/s. Waters provides these ion sources with the instrument as standard equipment:
- ZSpray™ (dual orthogonal sampling) interface.
- Multi-mode ESCi® ionization switching for atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) and electrospray ionization (ESI).
Optional ionization modes are IonSABRE™ APCI and APPI (atmospheric pressure photoionization).
Waters 515 Pump (Qty 2)
The 515 HPLC pump is a programmable, free-standing HPLC pump available in isocratic, gradient, and semi-preparative configurations:
- Precise stepper motor control (48 steps/µL resolution) of dual reciprocating pistons
- Non-circular drive gears provide smooth, uniform eluent delivery
- User-programmable flow rate calibration and compressibility compensation factors ensure straightforward pump operation qualification
- Tests to retention time variations of less than 0.1% for highly reproducible peak performance
- Easy-to-read display and keypad for error-free programming
- Automatic purging and flow calibration
This Waters Sample AutoPurification System is in good condition. a PC with Masslynx Software installed,a rough pump and LC starter kit is included. It has been tested at SpectraLab Scientific.
